Age – 14-15 years
Customers receive a complementary New Member Induction and Training Program (conducted with teen and parent or guardian) to help them get started.
Trainer Supervised Hours
School Days: Monday to Friday, 3.00pm - 5.30pm

Teen Fit Active
Age: 12-13 years
Must attend the gym or group fitness classes with a participating member, either parent or guardian at all times, excluding the TeenFit classes (Mon & Wed 4:15pm).
Teen Fit Active members are limited to using cardio equipment and bodyweight exercises only (no weighted resistance exercises or machines).
